Ergenlerde Psikolojik Sağlamlık Geliştirilebilir Mi? Güncel Bir Literatür İncelemesi

Özet

Ergenlik döneminde yaşanan hızlı değişimler, ergenleri depresyon, anksiyete ve stres gibi psikolojik semptomlara karşı hassas hale getirebilmektedir. Zorlu yaşam olayları karşısında uyum sağlayabilme ve toparlayabilme kapasitesi olarak tanımlanan psikolojik sağlamlık bu dönemdeki psikolojik sıkıntılara karşı önemli bir koruyucu faktör olarak kabul edilmektedir. Bu araştırmada, ergenlerde psikolojik sağlamlığı geliştirmeye yönelik tasarlanmış güncel müdahale programları incelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında Web of Science veritabanında bir literatür taraması yapılmış ve son üç yılda yapılan psikolojik sağlamlık müdahale programları incelenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular, farkındalık ve pozitif psikoloji yaklaşımlarından okul temelli sosyal-duygusal öğrenme, bilişsel-davranışçı stratejiler ve dijital programlara kadar çeşitli yapılandırılmış müdahalelerin ergenlerde psikolojik sağlamlığın gelişiminde etkili olabileceğini göstermektedir. Bulgular, psikolojik sağlamlığın esnek ve geliştirilebilir yönüne vurgu yapmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulguları, ilgili literatür ışığında ayrıntılı olarak tartışılmış ve çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
